Ten Hills Community Association
The Ten Hills Community Association, Inc. was incorporated in 1936 as the legal successor of the Ten Hills Corporation, the original developer of the neighborhood. Its objective is to maintain and foster the family residential environment that has existed in the neighborhood since its founding in 1911.
Board meetings are open to all dues-paying Ten Hills residents and include two General Meetings of the community at large per year, held in Spring and Fall.
Membership in the Community Association is open to all Ten Hills residents and is voluntary (but encouraged). Dues are $30 annually payable prior to the General Election Meeting each spring.
